Diana Moran
Famous for being the BBC’s Green Goddess fitness expert in the 1980s, 35 years later Diana Moran still works as a health and fitness guru, broadcaster and writer. A sufferer from osteopenia (an early pre-osteoporosis) she an Ambassador for, and works closely with, The Royal Osteoporosis Society. Beating Osteoporosis is Diana’s 14th book. Diana still practises what she preaches, remaining fit and healthy by staying active from year to year, she turned 80 in June 2019.
