Michele Attias
Michele Attias originates from Gibraltar and currently resides in London. She is a Mindset Expert, Executive Coach, International Speaker and Author of ‘Look Inside: Stop Seeking Start Living.’ She was previously a registered and accredited Therapist.
Michele completed her Advanced Diploma in Therapy at North London University, Qualified as a Clinical Supervisor at the Central School for Counselling and Psychotherapy London, studied at the prestigious Tavistock Clinic studying a masters in Child and Adolescent Psychotherapy, and further on Completed a Coaching Certification. She has Clinically supervised the client caseloads for over 60 therapists and worked with highly complex clients.
After experiencing changes in her personal life in 2013, she discovered Coaching and found it to be one of the simplest, yet most transformative orientations she had encountered. Hiring a coach had such an impact on her personal life, that she closed her Therapy Clinic and embarked on a totally different direction.
She currently coaches Professionals to optimise their mindset so they become better decision makers and action takers without the stress, anxiety or burnout. Her unique methodology combines the most powerful aspects of Coaching, Deep Mindset work and life Design drawn from spending over 15 years working in the psychological field. Michele is passionate about customisation and creates tailored transformative coaching for Entrepreneurs, CEO's, Managers, and those who wish to re-invent their lives.
In 2014 she was a finalist in The Women Inspiring Women Awards, and in 2017 was a Best Coach finalist at the Business Women Awards in the UK. She is an international Speaker at events, has been featured on podcasts, international radio shows, and in Gibraltar TV and Media.
She’s a passionate writer and has published more than 100 articles on Personal Development with online publications such as Thrive Global, Lifehack, Medium, Linkedin, The Start Up, Inbound, Personal Growth and Vunela. She shares her inspiring articles on optimizing the mindset with over 35,000 subscribers on these platforms.
